JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Collect, check, compare and process information. Timely capture data and internal accounting documents.
• Check monthly payables: debts to customers, suppliers, and other entities;
• Monitor debts, perform payment, advance and refund procedures for employees
• Timekeeping and calculation of salaries for employees.
• Working with banks.
• Prepare contract documents.
• Monitor and record depreciation of fixed assets, tools and prepaid expenses.
• Reconciling data arising when closing monthly with the department’s accountants.
• Check and control arising business terms and accounting entries.
• Check the balance between detailed and general accounting data.
• Other arising tasks at the request of the Board of Directors.
REQUEST :
• University graduate majoring in Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience in Internal Accounting.
• Have good communication skills.
• Forming office computer skills.
• Diligent, hardworking, able to withstand high pressure.
• Working office hours from Monday to Saturday.
