Dossier for establishment of a branch of a foreign-invested enterprise

To carry out procedures for opening a branch of a foreign-invested enterprise, a set of documents includes:

  1. Announcement of the establishment of a branch of the company;

  2. An application form for a license to establish a branch of the company;

  3. The decision to establish a branch of the owner/members/board of management;

  4. Minutes of the meeting on the establishment of a branch of the Members’ Council/Board of Directors;

  • Foreign documents must be consular legalized, translated into Vietnamese and notarized.
  • (*) For item 6, depending on the case, you can use one of the following documents: A copy of the memorandum of understanding; Venue rental agreement; Copies of documents proving that the trader has the right to exploit and use the location to locate the branch office; A copy of the document on the proposed location of the branch office but must comply with the provisions of Vietnamese law on security, order, occupational safety and health conditions and other conditions as prescribed by the branch. law.
